Rita Bersi started her professional experience in ValeCap in 2016. She specialised in the structuring and execution of financing (project financing, asset financing, corporate financing) and M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Rita worked on a several assignments, related to different asset classes, including renewable energy (photovoltaic, bioenergy, wind, hydro), energy efficiency, healthcare assets (hospitals) and PPPs.
Rita holds a Master of Science in Finance at Bocconi University, in Milan.
