Rita Bersi

Rita began her professional journey at ValeCap in 2016, where she developed strong expertise in structuring and executing financing transactions (including project finance, asset finance, corporate finance) and M&A deals, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

She has worked on a wide range of projects across asset classes, including renewable energy (photovoltaic, bioenergy, wind, hydro), energy efficiency, healthcare infrastructure (such as hospitals), and public-private partnerships (PPPs).

Rita holds a Master of Science in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
