Renato Villani

Prior to joining ValeCap, Renato gained experience at Banco BPM, KPMG, and a financial advisory boutique, where he was involved in financial and M&A advisory projects.

Renato holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University, in Milan.

Renato focuses on financial modelling and execution of M&A and debt advisory transactions across a range of asset classes, including renewable energy (photovoltaic, wind, hydro), energy efficiency and infrastructure.
