Pietro Rossetti Cosulich

Pietro began his professional career in 2018 in the M&A Advisory team at Intesa Sanpaolo, where he worked on several transactions with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

He joined ValeCap in 2024, where he is involved in the execution, financial modelling, and structuring of project finance and M&A transactions across a range of asset classes, including renewable energy (photovoltaic, bioenergy, wind, hydro), energy efficiency, energy supply and distribution, and infrastructure.

He holds a Master of Science in Management and Finance from ESCP Europe.
