Davide Di Federico

Davide Di Federico is a Partner in ValeCap and joined in early 2016.

Davide has more than twenty years of expertise, He has led asset and corporate transactions, equity and debt capital raises across a range of different markets and technologies, including wind and solar PV, flexible generation and storage, biogas/biomethane, hydro, energy efficiency and hospital concessions.

Before joining ValeCap, he was Corporate Finance Manager in a primary Italian multi-utility, M&A and Corporate Finance and M&A Manager in an industrial group working, in the renewable energy sector, infrastructure and aviation, mainly in Italy, Germany, Ireland and USA.

Over the last ten years, in ValeCap, he has advised some of the world’s leading energy and infrastructure investors and helped place several billions of capital and debt into projects, platforms and companies.

Davide graduated from Università degli Studi di Siena in 2004 and hold a master in Corporate Strategy in SDA Bocconi School of Management in 2005.
