The facility has a&nbsp;<strong>7-year tenor<\/strong>, with a&nbsp;<strong>2-year availability period<\/strong>, and will be drawn in multiple tranches according to construction progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RCCP<\/strong>&nbsp;is an Italian company jointly controlled by&nbsp;<strong>iCON Infrastructure<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Royal Caribbean Group<\/strong>, through their global joint venture&nbsp;<strong>Cruise Terminals International (\u201cCTI\u201d)<\/strong>. The project marks a major milestone for CTI, representing its&nbsp;<strong>first project financing for the development and construction of a new cruise terminal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>iCON Infrastructure<\/strong>&nbsp;is an independent investment firm that has raised&nbsp;<strong>over \u20ac8 billion<\/strong>&nbsp;of capital across its funds and invested in a diversified portfolio of&nbsp;<strong>more than 50 infrastructure businesses<\/strong>&nbsp;globally.&nbsp;<strong>Royal Caribbean Group<\/strong>&nbsp;is one of the world\u2019s leading cruise operators, managing a&nbsp;<strong>fleet of 64 ships<\/strong>&nbsp;that serve around&nbsp;<strong>1,000 destinations worldwide<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>CTI<\/strong>&nbsp;focuses on the&nbsp;<strong>development, ownership, and management of cruise port infrastructure<\/strong>&nbsp;worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction of the Ravenna terminal began in&nbsp;<strong>September 2024<\/strong>&nbsp;and is expected to be completed within&nbsp;<strong>two years<\/strong>.
