All projects are <strong>fully authorized and ready for construction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Spanish Portfolio<\/strong> includes <strong>two operational plants<\/strong>, co-owned with a leading asset operator, located in the <strong>autonomous community of Arag\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Portfolio features a <strong>significant merchant component<\/strong>, with merchant production representing <strong>over 30%<\/strong> of total generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>financing package<\/strong> has a <strong>short-term tenor of four years<\/strong>, with an availability period aligned to the construction schedule of the Portfolio. <strong>Repayment<\/strong> is expected to occur <strong>post-COD<\/strong>, either through a <strong>sale or refinancing<\/strong> of the assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financing also includes ancillary credit lines: a <strong>VAT Facility<\/strong>, a <strong>DSRF Facility<\/strong>, a <strong>GSE Guarantee
