Enrico Benigni has over twenty-five years of structured finance and investment banking experience.

Before founding ValeCap in 2010, Enrico spent three years with Merrill Lynch and seven with Banca Intesa in Milan and London.

He structured securitization transactions and non-recourse financing on different asset classes and advised on several M&A transactions in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
