Vincenzo Barbaria

After an initial experience at Kaleidos Corporate Finance, where he worked in the M&A and debt restructuring area within the industrial sector, Vincenzo joined the M&A department of Snam from 2021 to 2023, focusing on initiatives in midstream natural gas infrastructure as well as biogas/biomethane projects, both from agricultural feedstock and the organic fraction of municipal solid waste.

Since 2023, he has been with ValeCap, where, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors, he has consolidated his experience in M&A transactions and developed advanced expertise in the structuring and execution of complex financings, particularly in the area of project finance.

Vincenzo has worked in a wide range of projects across different asset classes, including renewable energy (photovoltaic, bioenergy, wind), battery energy storage systems and natural gas infrastructure (pipelines, floating regasification units, liquefaction trains and gas storage facilities).

He holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
